To login, type in your credentials and click Login. Password characters can be viewed by clicking on the eye icon.
Login with Microsoft
To login with your Microsoft account, you must already have a supervisor account within Securus that matches your Microsoft email address.
Click on the Sign in with Microsoft button.
You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page where you will need to log in with your Microsoft account. Once logged in, you will be redirected back to the Securus page and then logged into the console.
If you do not already have a valid supervisor account within Securus, you will receive the following message:
Please contact Securus support or your Securus admin to investigate.
You will also see an error if you have multiple accounts with the same email address assigned to it. In this case, remove any of the duplicate accounts to leave only one account with the correct email address.
A supervisor can reset their own password by clicking on the Forgot Password button.
Enter the email address associated with your supervisor account and click Send Email.
If the email address was found in the system, you will receive an email with a reset link. This will take you to a page to set a new password.
Enter the same email address and a new password. Click Update Password.
A confirmation box will be presented, click Sign In to log in with your new details.
If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folder or quarantine. If no email was received, please contact the support team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
