Please ensure “alerts@securus-software.com” is whitelisted on your email server to ensure the automated emails are received properly.

Type in your credentials and click Login. Password characters can be viewed by clicking on the eye icon.

Forgot Password

A supervisor can reset their own password by clicking on the Forgot Password button.

Enter the email address associated with your supervisor account and click Send Email.

If the email address was found in the system, you will receive an email with a reset link. This will take you to a page to set a new password.

Enter the same email address and a new password. Click Update Password.

A confirmation box will be presented, click Sign In to log in with your new details.

If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folder or quarantine. If no email was received, please contact the support team on support@securus-software.com.
