Support DLL Missing or Bad Image Exception
Sophos has started detecting the Securus client as a virus after a recent update which usually results in the removal of the support.dll file from the client installation.
This is a core component of the client, stopping all functionality. The following error messages may also be shown on affected machines:
To resolve this, we recommend creating a global exclusion for “C:\Program Files (x86)\Securus\securusclient\*” and then reinstalling the client.
