XT Client Version 10.4.10 Release

We are happy to announce that we have released version 10.4.10 of the Securus XT Client.

Please contact a member of the support team including your:

  • Email address

  • School name and post code

  • Securus server IP address or cloud address.

support@securus-software.com

The mew MSI can be installed over the top of the previous version for easy upgrading.

The new client no longer uses the UDP protocol for connecting and sending captures to the server, opting for HTTPS over port 443 instead.

Please ensure that port 443 TCP is open for your correct server address. Your server address will be provided with the client.
