The top navigation bar can be accessed at any time and serves as the main navigation for the console.
Some Navigation Bar icons may not be available to you depending on your supervisor access role.
Dashboard
The Dashboard view will show you graphical chart breakdowns of captures and users over the set time period.

Captures View
Clicking on the camera icon to the captures view and to New Captures by default.

Hub
If you are an FMS customer you will have the Hub icon instead of the captures view. This is where you can view your escalated alerts.

Navigation Bar
The navigation bar will show you where you currently are within the console.
Console Version
This will show the current console version. This will always be the latest version on cloud servers.
User Settings
The User Settings panel allow you to log out, change your password or access and change your preference settings.

Help and Contact
This button provides a help and forms for direct contact to the Securus support team. A link to the Knowledge Base is provided as well as a list of helpful topics selectable from the drop down menu.
Notification Panel
This will show notifications about recent Hub events and product information like new software releases or features.

Settings
This will take you to the settings menu.
