Securus Proxy (NET) Issue

We deployed an update yesterday which has caused an issue with the networking config being stripped upon reboot. 

This can be resolved by rolling back to a previous NixOS generation.

To roll back, restart the VM and a few seconds after startup you will be presented with a list of NixOS Generations to roll back to.

On this screen, press down and select an older generation (usually the second in the list is fine) from the list and allow it to start up. It will roll back to the selected generation with the config it last had.

You can verify that it is up and running by pressing N for Networking, you should see the correct IP information is now displayed again. 

Once this is done, please email the support team on support@securus-software.com to let us know this has been completed. We will need to re-apply the config so this won’t happen again.
