You may receive the following error when installing and running the Securus XT client on a Windows 7 machine.
This error occurs when the Windows 10 client starts up on a Windows 7 machine. We now have two different versions for each OS and the Windows 10 client will not start up on Windows 7.
If you see the above message, please contact Support to get a copy of the Windows 7 client.
