This integration is for FMS customers only.
Securus can be integrated with TeamSOS to send FMS grade 4 and 5 capture alerts to TeamSOS responders.
To start the integration you will first need to request your Organisation ID from TeamSOS, the ID then needs to be sent to the Securus support team (support@securus-software.com) and we will complete the integration on your behalf.
TeamSOS will configure your system to allow Securus grade 4 and 5 alert data to be sent to it.
FMS customers with TeamSOS integrated will receive their normal alerts from Securus as well as a new incident within the TeamSOS tray for each individual Securus capture.
