To request a new client, please email the Support team on support@securus-software.com and provide the following details.

  • Your name,

  • School name,

  • IP address or cloud server your school belongs to,

    • Example - cloud2.securus-software.com

  • Gateway Protocol

    • To find the gateway protocol login to your console and navigate to System > About. Local servers only, this is NOT necessary for Cloud customers.

  • Type of client you require,

    • Windows 10

    • Windows 7

    • Windows RDS/Citrix Environment

    • macOS (up to High Sierra 10.13)
