The Securus NET certificates are expiring on 05/12/2021. All monitoring will cease on the monitored devices if the certificates are not replaced before this date.
We have created a new two-year certificate which meets Google’s and Apple’s requirements which you can find below.
You must let us know as soon as the new certificate has been placed on your devices. Your NET server will also require a small config change to use the new certificates which is why it is very important we are informed once the new certificate is in place.
