Monthly Summary Report (FMS)
The Full Monitoring Service (FMS) Summary Report is sent to each member of the contact list on the beginning of the month and contains the previous months data.
This article will explain each section of the report and its relevance to the Full Monitoring Service.
Title Page
The title page will show which school OU the report has been generated for, and the reporting period dates.
System Summary Graphs
Securus attaches a severity count against every word and phrase in their libraries. These graphs offer a visual representation of the grading of your school captures, providing a quick overview of activity from your school during the reporting period.
It is important to note that captures re-graded with a severity of 4 or 5 will be included in the overall summary numbers presented in this report but will already have been sent to the designated contacts at your school to deal with.
Pre-Moderated Captures by Severity
Pre-moderated captures are the total number of captures that the FMS team have reviewed for your school over the reporting period.
The graph shows how many captures of each severity score were received and reviewed by the FMS Team.
Each capture is reviewed individually by the FMS team and will be regraded with the following scores:
1 (no concern)
4 (Moderate)
5 (Urgent)
With this model, a grade 2 or 3 capture can become a grade 5 depending on the content and context within the capture itself.
Moderate alerts will be sent as an email to the designated contacts and Urgent alerts will be emailed and followed up with a phone call to ensure receipt.
Captures marked as grade 1 or false positive will be hidden from FMS Hub users whilst Moderate and Urgent alerts will be viewable within the Securus Hub console.
Post-Moderated Captures by Severity
Post-moderated captures show the amount of severity 4 and 5 captures that were escalated to the members on the contact list during the reporting period.
Captures with a severity grading of 4 (Moderate) and 5 (Urgent) will have been sent by the Securus team to the school designated contact during the reporting period.
The Other section shows the total number of false positives (severity 1) that were reviewed and marked as such. Total will show the total number of captures.

This graph will show a breakdown of what sources the captures were generated from.
Application & Keyboard
