Restricting Capture Images
Captures can be restricted to hide the image in cases of sensitive content. Images can be hidden or restricted entirely with a password.
In either case the details will still be viewable.
Capture cards with hidden images will still appear in the capture views, but will have the thumbnail replaced as seen below.
Captures can be hidden or restricted by a Manager or Monitor account only.
Mark as Sensitive
A capture can be marked as sensitive by clicking on the capture to go to the Capture Detail view and then clicking on the on the Mark Sensitive button.
The capture image will then be hidden.
To view the image again, click on the eye symbol.
Restrict Capture
Restricting a capture will allow you to put a password on the capture which is required to view the image.
Only the supervisor account that added the password can remove it.
To restrict an image with a password, click on the Restrict Image button.
A new dialogue box will open asking you to type in and confirm a password.
Click Confirm to continue.
To view a password protected image, click on the eye button and type in the password.
Remove a Password from an Image
To unrestrict an image, click the Unrestict Image button.
Type in the password that you set and click Confirm to finish.
